We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from delivery date. If you're not satisfied with your FurySoar purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund — no restocking fee.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a free replacement — no return needed.

No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Each unit is made to order and materials are committed immediately. Shipping address corrections are still allowed before dispatch.
